Replies usually take a working day or two. If you are asking about a book, telling us your child's class and what the school is correcting saves a round trip, because the answer is often a specific letter group rather than a whole book.
What to write about
- Ordering a book while checkout is being built. Say which book and which class.
- Where the free sampler stands.
- A refund or a file that will not open.
- A mistake on one of the letter pages. Corrections are welcome, including the ones that sting.
- Bulk use by a school or a tuition centre, which we handle case by case.
What we cannot do
- Take card payments today. UPI only, once the file you want is ready to send.
- Send a printed and bound book by courier. Everything here is a PDF.
- Assess a child's handwriting from a photo and promise a result. We can point you to the right letter group and the right daily routine.
Questions about reaching us
How long does a reply take?
A working day or two in most cases. Weekends and Indian public holidays run slower. If a week passes with no reply, please write again, because mail from new domains sometimes lands in spam in both directions.
Is there a phone number?
Not at the moment. Email keeps a written record of what was promised and what was sent, which matters more for a paid file than a quick call.
Can a school or tuition centre buy in bulk?
Yes, write in with the number of children and the classes. Printing for a whole class needs a licence that is different from the family one in the terms, and we will quote it plainly.
